The working group comprises NICo Core Facilities that specialize in omics analysis (e.g. genomics, transcriptomics, metagenomics) using NGS sequencing and other molecular techniques for nucleic acid analysis.
The group has conducted a survey of the instrumentation and applications available in the laboratories of the Institutes belonging to NICo, with the aim of creating a virtual catalogue of the services offered.
