{"id":974,"date":"2024-06-24T15:15:44","date_gmt":"2024-06-24T13:15:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.corefacilitiesitalia.it\/accordi-di-collaborazione\/accordo-di-collaborazione-tra-nico-e-bbmri-it\/"},"modified":"2024-10-29T16:22:39","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T15:22:39","slug":"accordo-di-collaborazione-tra-nico-e-bbmri-it","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.corefacilitiesitalia.it\/en\/accordi-di-collaborazione\/accordo-di-collaborazione-tra-nico-e-bbmri-it\/","title":{"rendered":"Collaboration Agreement Between NICo And BBMRI.it"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#173356\">In 2022, <strong>as part of the<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/(https:\/\/www.bbmri.it\/pnrr\/\">PNRR IR Project \u201cStrengthening BBMRI.it<\/a>\u201d ) (CUP B53C22001820006),<strong> NICo entered into a Collaboration Agreement with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbmri.it\/\">BBMRI.it<\/a><\/strong>, the National Node of the European Biobanks and Biomolecular Resources Research Infrastructure (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbmri-eric.eu\/\">BBMRI-ERIC<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#173356\"><strong>The objectives of the \u201cStrengthening BBMRI.it\u201d project<\/strong>, which aims to <strong>bolster the network of Italian biobanks<\/strong>, are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#173356\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Support digital competencies<\/strong> of biobanks;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#173356\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Enhance the visibility of available biological resources<\/strong> in European and national catalogs;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#173356\" class=\"has-inline-color\">Actively <strong>support the development of new infrastructure nodes<\/strong> to facilitate the <strong>creation of biobanks for specific collections<\/strong>;<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:#ffffff;color:#173356\" class=\"has-inline-color\"><strong>Promote access to infrastructure resources in line with an open science model<\/strong> that aligns with the European framework.<\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#173356\">Within the project, <strong>NICo\u2019s role<\/strong> is <strong>to leverage its expertise to increase the value of biological samples within the BBMRI.it network through sample characterization activities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#173356\"><strong>NICo<\/strong> also commits to <strong>operating in compliance with the framework<\/strong> established by the Enhancing Quality In Preclinical Data (<a href=\"https:\/\/cordis.europa.eu\/project\/id\/777364\">EQIPD<\/a>) program, particularly with respect to the specific recommendations on &#8220;Expectations for best practices in research supported by academic core facilities&#8221;.
