The working group brings together NICo Core Facilities<\/strong> specializing in optical microscopy<\/strong>.
The main objective is to harmonize instrument performance<\/strong> across the network in order to ensure the reproducibility of experimental results<\/strong> and the comparability of data<\/strong> generated by different platforms.
The group has conducted a survey of the equipment and applications<\/strong> available in the laboratories of the Institutes belonging to NICo, with the aim of creating a virtual catalogue of the services offered<\/a> within the BBMRI.it infrastructure.
Through the HarmoNICo<\/strong> activity, the group has implemented standardized protocols for image acquisition and analysis<\/strong>, defining rigorous quality control procedures<\/strong>. The aim is to minimize technical variability through the adoption of standardized consumables and data analysis pipelines, promoting a consistent and reliable operational environment<\/strong> for quantitative bioimaging research.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
